Fund API service terms

Your account and access

Fund API access uses your existing ILovePSX identity. Enabling this service creates a separate API profile. You are responsible for the integrations using your keys and for keeping those secrets secure.

Data and appropriate use

The API provides financial data for research and application integration. It does not provide investment advice or guarantee any investment outcome. Review dates, coverage, and source context before relying on a record. Corrections and missing source periods can occur.

Respect applicable rights and laws when using or redistributing source data. Do not attempt unauthorized access, evade service limits, probe private administrative systems, or disrupt the service.

Limits and availability

The current release provides free unlimited monthly usage with no usage charges, subscription, or payment card. Burst protection, request bounds, and security controls keep the service available. Any future pricing will be communicated separately; this portal collects no payment details or automatic usage charges.

The service can undergo maintenance and data corrections. No uptime guarantee or service-level agreement is included with Free access. Access may be suspended to address abuse, security incidents, or account issues.

Account information and updates

Provide accurate service contact information and keep it up to date. Profile information is handled according to our privacy policy. Material updates to these terms will be published with a new version and may require acknowledgement before continued portal use.
